NOVELIC, an internationally renowned provider of mmWave radar solutions, is entering the Indian market as NOVELIC India Private Ltd, based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. NOVELIC India aims to bring NOVELIC’s cost-effective innovative perception solutions for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, as well as two- and three-wheeler market segments in India.

NOVELIC, a major innovator in mmWave radar technology, has announced their ACAM In-Cabin Monitoring solution will be coming to market in 2026, following a nomination from a leading Tier 1 supplier. This technology aims to bring child presence detection to passenger vehicles, along with additional functionality in the form of seat occupancy detection.
NOVELIC’s ACAM 60 GHz mmWave radar in-cabin monitoring module has won the In-Cabin Innovation of the Year Award at the inaugural ADAS & Autonomous Vehicle International Awards in Stuttgart, Germany.
NOVELIC is exhibiting at the 21st edition of Auto Shanghai 2025, showcasing their 60 GHz in-cabin monitoring and 79 GHz 180° park assist technology in China for the first time, with live demos on the show floor. Visitors will be able to test how mmWave radars are poised to improve safety and comfort in the vehicles of tomorrow.
NOVELIC’s latest radar development, ASPER200, is a 79 GHz short-range exterior radar module for use in passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, transportation, and construction vehicles. The latest generation of radar modules can cover a field of view (FOV) of 180 degrees using a single radar chip, allowing for one module to cover an entire side of the vehicle.
NOVELIC will show its cutting-edge 360 degree short-range monitoring solutions and radar DSP tech at the Consumer Electronics Show 2024 in Las Vegas, NV from January 9th to January 12th. The NOVELIC team will also be promoting ACAM, the fastest mmWave radar child presence detection solution.
