CEO, Acting CFO, Co-Founder
Darko is a managing director at NOVELIC. He oversees the day-to-day design service projects and finances of the company. His systematic approach to the design of tailored management and operational tools provided NOVELIC with cost-effective financial and operational tools and procedures. Darko has an engineering background in IC and FPGA design and signal processing, and expertise in radar signal processing and baseband communication layer design.
Before co-founding NOVELIC, Darko was working as a design engineer for digital ASIC and FPGA at TES Electronic Solutions for six years. He worked on Gbit/s communication system design in the mm-Wave range, especially on 10 Gbit/s Baseband System prototyping on larger FPGAs, a digital system concept for mm-wave radar processing and its hardware implementation.
Darko is the co-author of two patented and several patent-pending applications.
Darko earned a Dipl. Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Belgrade, with distinction and participation in several prominent projects. Before TES, as a young engineer, Darko participated in an international project on UAV hardware design.
Veljko is the chief technology officer at NOVELIC. He coordinates engineering and project operations related to NoraSens product design and radar design services and shapes the plan and strategy according to the vision of the company.
Prior to co-founding NOVELIC in 2013, Veljko had been working for 6 years as an engineer and project manager in TES Electronic Solutions, where he specialized in 802.11 MAC and PHY layer architectures and FPGA/ASIC implementation. He also worked quite a lot on industrial sensors signal processing and calibration. He gained industrial experience through bringing 2 complex products from the concept to the production prototype.
Together with NOVELIC engineers, he is the co-author of two granted patents, several patent-pending applications, and several scientific publications.
Veljko earned a Dipl. Ing. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Belgrade, with grades among the top 5% of his generation.
